I realize I’m a little late in the game – almost 5,000,000 people have all ready seen this video. But seriously, when the husband throws the tea party dishes a little piece of me dies laughing.

The very funny Jenny Ingram writes and vlogs at Jenny on the Spot. This is “mom blogging” at it’s finest. Funny, positive and full of tips and ideas…reading this blog is like lucking out and moving in next to the best neighbor ever.

Here’s the truth. I can’t craft my way out of wet paper bag. Okay, I could if someone showed me exactly what to do. Crafty people blow my mind so naturally, I’ve got loads of appreciation for the team behind The Crafting Chicks blog. They do it all—crafts for kids, cool DIY projects to spruce up your house, gardening tips and delicious food all get featured. Happy Crafting!

The summer days are long and your kids are clamoring for activities to fill the long afternoons. Keep them busy and teach them about giving at the same time!

I have two bloggy loves. Food and photography. For me, when those topics combine, it is pure online bliss. My latest discovery is a la carte kitchen. A trio of New York food photographers (Cathy, Joe & Heather) that share their projects, favorite recipes and foodie views. They each write with such enthusiasm…it makes me want to have them over for a BBQ.

Laurie Turk is the oh-so-funny blogger behind Tip Junkie, a website devoted to sharing great ideas on crafting, parenting, blogging, running a household and rocking fabulous hair accessories. But my favorite…the practically LIFE CHANGING feature of Tip Junkie is Laurie’s Personal Assistant post. Every little reminder that you need to start your month out right, all in one place.

I love to see how other people embrace food and host a great party. Helen Jane’s blog shares her lovely life in Napa Valley —the bocce ball games (and accompanying food), the get-togethers (and the accompanying lessons learned), the cute kids (who doesn’t love a cute kid) and Helen’s great sense of humor and laid-back perspective on entertaining.
